Thanks nic, he is settling in really well. He’s placid with humans and all shapes of other dogs. He’s started playing now that he’s feeling more settled, and he’s a total goofball! We need to work a bit now on him staying home alone, but he managed 15 minutes today with no chaos, and I think he’ll be fine to increase that now. I’m loving having him here.

Pretty typical Greyhound then Lindsey.
Great photo and I'm pleased to hear that you are settling into Neo's life.

I am delighted to hear you're both doing so well and a good sign that he's bonding well given a little separation anxiety but I don't doubt that will pass. It just takes time.
I really could not be without our two (both rescues from Hungary) though I can tell you big Dave took about two years before he was really sorted, the most difficult dog I've ever known - still wonderful though!

A couple of good looking, contented pooches, if there ever was some!!..
Thanks Chuck! They take up a little more room than your two (we live in an old cottage) but just as cuddly I'll bet. Lately we have a few French bulldogs around here and our two seem to really like them, such sociable chaps, playful and good manners - Shepherds are rather principled over bad manners......
