In the Northeast USA we are deep into winter and short sleeves weather is still months away. Yet I still have a tan line… from last summer. :D

@missF You are not a watch nerd so much as a strap nerd.

@downer, wow! :clap: :clap: :clap:

I’m a rank amateur watch nerd compared to some of you! Heck, I barely even qualify as a nerd with my measly two watch related bookmarks and modest collection of straps.

A quick (warts and all) pic of my bedside table right now. Theres usually 3 watches on there, but just two right now. They are my daily wears until I have a re-shuffle. Retired nearly 10 years now, the alarm clock was binned a few days after retiring and replaced by watches. So much more pleasing to the eye!

And this pic is a bit of an eye opener really. I had the CW on today, and because of the climate here (and currently, dreadful air pollution), whenever I have finished for the day, I remove the watch and give it a thorough rub with a microfibre cloth, but it seems I need to pay a bit more attention to the cleaning! A soft toothbrush should fix it.

My Steiny collection in an easily accessible box atop my dresser..why does this count?..well, the top drawer that's open is the 39mm versions while the open bottom drawer is the home of the 42mm versions...
