Some of you might have noticed that the forum was not always available today. I had some server-troubles, but that should be fixed now. Sorry for the discomfort.

Well, the troubles got worse, and I experienced severe attacks by hackers.

I had to perform a complete fresh install of Linux (RedHat Fedora Core 4) and restore the back-up. After that I worked a bit on my security, added a hardware firewall and other stuff.

I hope everything will be o.k. for now!

Glad to see it back and many thanks for the efforts. I hope you didn't have any losses due to the hacking.

They didn't hack this forum, they hacked my server. And they used the server for hacking other computers via my computer!

But actually it is a bit my fault also, if you are running a server on the internet you should always work on the security, and I didn't do that enough.
