Rivalry

Post by Kip »

The powers that be at CWL seem to have a certain football rivalry between Liverpool and Everton. It is expected that there might be some good banter going around this coming week.

Without dragging in other teams...and by those who know far more than me....which team should be favored to win?

Too close to call. Both are playing excellent football this season.

I'm a Toffee, but I have to say I'd be happy with a draw. Liverpool look ruthless at times. We're playing some great football, but not really scoring for fun.

In all seriousness, and despite the fact I really want Liverpool to win..... At this stage in the season, and in a derby game such as this, it is a very close call. If it was at Anfield, I would tip Liverpool, but at Goodison....it'll be close.

Being an Evertonian, I'm very nervous about every derby as we never seem to turn up, regardless of form.

It was hard enough buying a watch knowing the man the company was named after was a kopite

Anything can happen in these kind of games. Quite often, recent form means nothing.
