Yes it is me KCM.

He obviously caught me on his Monkey or maybe his car's onboard camera.

It just shows the power of social media and today's technology.

I was more amused than spooked.

Up early and out the door, very little on the roads other than a few other bikers, then later in the morning the usual packs of 'mamils'. A perfect morning for one of my favourite rides through the Forest of Dean, across the border and down the Wye Valley. Tree-lined roads hugging alongside the Wye with lush green hills either side. Down into Tintern for photo op then back across the old Severn Bridge into Englandshire. Eighty odd miles and back home before many people have even got up. Me time.

Now the weather is nice I’m turning into a fair weather cyclist and doing the 24m(48miles both ways) commute some days of the week.

^^^ It was an epic trip, scooter - apart from my mate getting a puncture, and all that that entailed!

Anyway, I can recommend Mull (a lot), Skye (spectacular but very different from Mull) and of course Glencoe etc. Brilliant riding roads.
