PS: Walkers should watch how they go & pick up sticks again next weekend!!..
The police drama happy valley was filmed local to where I live.
We need to visit the UK at some point...what seems normal to you folks is really something quite extraordinary..iain wrote: ↑Sat Apr 10, 2021 5:58 pm ^^^^ Great photos of where you live.
Although the photos I take seem normal to me, I’m well aware they can seem like a different planet to those who live in other parts of the world.
Your pictures taken in Texas are somewhere I’ve never been, and if I’m honest, somewhere I’m never likely to go. However they are fascinating to look at. I can almost hear the rattlesnakes and feel the sweat trickling down my neck just looking at them.
We've been there(even mountain biked the area!!)..hard to match that kind of beauty on this side of the pond!!..
It really is a beautiful place. We used to go once or twice a year but the pandemic shut that down. This was the first trip in a long while.
Those bring back memories. When I lived in the Bay Area we used to go up to Tahoe often; Homewood on the west side and down to Emerald Bay in summer and Squaw for skiing in winter.
