I also echo the sentiments above. Thank you for your update and please tell him, if you can, that we are all thinking of him here.

Victoriajayne,
My sincere condolences to you and your family on your sad loss.
Words will mean little at this tragic time.
I had very few interactions with your Dad (clearly my loss) but it is very clear that he was loved, respected and will be sorely missed on this forum.
His postings here, with regards to his illness and how it affected him, are both moving and inspirational. They show that even in his darkest hour he was still thinking of how to help others through his own experience. A truly remarkable man. You should be very proud of him, as I am sure he was of you. The fact that you found the strength to join, and post to the forum, whilst going through such turmoil speaks volumes to your character and shows the apple didn't fall far from the tree.
R.I.P KEVIN.

^^^ Very well put Chris. I wholeheartedly agree. I had a couple of watch deals with Kevin and we swapped a few PMs over the last year and he was definitely a gent. Goodbye Kevin and God bless.

Dear Victoriajayne,

My thoughts and prayers are with you, your mother and the whole family.

I hadn't visited the forum for more than 2 months and was shocked today to learn what had happened.

I've read through his account on this thread and can only admire his attitude and courage. I'm glad he had all of you around him in those last days.

He was certainly well known and respected here.

I hope before I die we can find out what exactly causes cancer and how to properly cure it. My grandma died from breast cancer when my mom and her brothers were teenagers. It's all sad and brutal stuff for everyone to go through.
