Squeeze - This Summer
Nazareth - Fallen Angel
Mott the Hoople - Hymn for the Dudes
Blur - To The End
The Beautiful South - I'm Your No1 Fan

Might have to revisit some of this stuff.

Great taste, got all those except Blur

Well you've started something good. Left the iPod on shuffle for the journey in to work and got some more blasts from my past.

Elton John, Eminem, Mika, Boomtown Rats, Ocean Colour Scene and Frankie Miller. And all still enjoyed so shuffle will be staying on :).
I now have the car hard drive filled up and on shuffle thanks to this thread also! Have never used it before, so well done for starting this thread.

God, some of the memories!

Well, I found shuffle on my mp3 almost by chance but I use the function all the time now.

I don't have an iPod (or iP... anything for that matter) but do listen to music on my Sony Android phone, which has the vast majority of my music (about 18GB worth), using the Walkman function and from a 4GB SD card in the car.

Using the Walkman on my phone this has a very useful SensMe setup with 9 different types of music that may be listened to. Using the 'upbeat' setting I've got;-

Dido - Hunter
John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers - Have you heard
Joe Bonamassa - I don't beleive
Joe Bonamassa - Blue & Evil
Fleetwood Mac - Say you love me.

In the car I have my 'current favourites' which earlier this afternoon prvided;-

Joe Bonamassa - Black Lung Heartache (Live acoustic)
Eric Clapton - Little Queen of Spades (Robert Johnson cover)
Supertramp - You Started Laughing, Live
Sandi Thom - In the Pines
Walter Trout - Serve me right to suffer, Live

Nothing classical I'm afraid gents.

He gets a little, er, eccentric playing live; prefer his studio work.

Oooh. Does that replace the Bolero, or is it a module? I wish the columbus had DAB :(
