Seeing as there's a Mini Appreciation Society here - my R53. September 03, 87k miles, standard except for a Milltek resonated exhaust. I have a 15% reduced pulley planned for later this year though

Lovely looking R53 mate, Electric Blue is a great colour 8)
Good to have you on here.

I had a 2002 R53 before, lovely car. The 15% pulley makes a big difference but I had a proper custom map done after fitting to get the proper benefit of it.

Thanks! The housemate liked it so much that they bought a facelift R53 themselves! With me having the bike (Triumph Daytona 955i triple - see What Do You Drive thread) I really can't see much point in going beyond the pulley. The R53 is a great car and let's a me have a bit of 4 wheeled fun and stay warm/dry in the colder/wetter months but nothing with 4 wheels comes close to the bike, certainly not in my fiscal world

Good to hear Ferg.

Didn't you have a super dooper polish on the car?

Has the bodyshop reapplied this or do you need to fix it?

I did Guy, the coating was removed on the passenger side for the repair.
I'm getting my detailer down to me next month and see what we'll do but we might just remove the whole coating.
