Million Dollar Home Page.

Post by El Tiempo »

So this 21 year old kid comes up with the idea of having a home page w/ one million pixels and selling each pixel for $1. Well, he has officially sold 999,000 pixels and is auctioning off the last 1000 on ebay. The current bid for the last 1000 stands at about 150K. Genius.

It is indeed a brilliant idea.
But it would have failed if he hadn't had such great media attention.
Don't know how he did that...

This is part of the beauty of it. If it fails, who cares? No one is the wiser. Probably minimal if any relevant funds are lost.

The internet is teeming with trends and fads. No doubt he was lucky enough to become one.
