Mike at This Watch, That Watch with another insightful analysis. (I thought)

CW mentioned along with other independents after about 26 minutes. Interesting comment near the end that CW have spent a long while making no.money, but positioning themselves well..
Sorry, I'm still not certain how to embed these videos correctly on my phone.

You need to use the YouTube website. This is the format that works:
Compare the one that doesn’t:

Re: Interesting Analysis by Mike (This Watch, That Watch)
I watched it too.
By his theory, major brands in the $1500 and under space are in real trouble going forward especially as the market contracts due to: rise of the independents and microbrands, market saturation, people spending less money as the financial markets sour, etc.
I know he likes Christopher Ward but his comment about them in this video sounded more critical than ever before. I wonder if he has actually read several years of their public financial reports or if he is making assumptions. Though, I thought the reference to Bezos and Amazon was interesting: take a loss for many years to gain market dominance and then you will be profitable at some point in the future. Maybe the difference is that CW needs to work on improving customer support because it seems lately it is not what it used to be in the past. If they follow the Amazon plan, customer service and support was the no. 1 priority for many years and still seems somewhat good.

An aside: I mostly use my phone for the Forum and I prefer the external link to YouTube; the embedded window often extends beyond my screen edge and I can’t even pan and scan to see the whole window.
