At the risk of hijacking this thread, can I just say that one of the things I look forward to crossing off my food bucket list is proper fish n chips. Americans generally do them up like crap, and an Asian take on them can be interesting, but it'd be good to try the real McCoy some day.

When you next venture over the pond - be careful - you can easily get crap fish 'n chips here too.
