I'm currently weighing-down my left wrist with a new C4SSK Peregrine. Well, at least, I thought I was, but according to the brown container that holds the watch-display-box, it's a C4SST, and according to the last page of the manual, where the case number, date and Chris's signature are, it's a C4SKK. My watch has multiple personalities!

Yesterday it was my C4SSS (picture from a while ago, I didn't make one yesterday):
.
Today it is this rather nice vintage Gruen "Pan American":
It takes me back to my childhood days back in the sixties; it's the type (and size) of watch I remember seeing on my father's wrist.
Here's a picture of the movement:
Take care,
Stefaan

It's OK Pres... it is a C4SSK - silver dial, black leather strap. I just found it mildly amusing that the watch "said" one thing, the box another, and the manual something entirely different. I know... I'm easily amused.President wrote:Take a picture, we'll help.

Not if Peterh has anything to say about it.Daz wrote:I like the lens over the date, I struggle to read it on my C4 & C5. I wonder if it is something CW could do in the future.President wrote:Steinhart GMT-Ocean 1
