Sorry, just coming back to this after seeing it again. I used the Sirrus four or five times, when the weather allowed, before getting a puncture on the way home. Took a week or two to get around to fixing it and then have been so busy at work lately, that the car was the better option. (Worked 22 out of the last 24 days at 12 plus hours a day!) Hoping to get it back out now the workload is getting back to normal hours.
The few rides I’ve done impressed me. The bike is comfortable enough over the rough bits and quicker than I expected. The one by drive train takes a bit of getting used to as it’s a compromise and when you’ve traditionally had a larger selection of gears to choose from you find yourself wishing for a bit more choice. I’ll get used to it though as I’ve only got 8 miles a trip to do.
Actually looking forward to using it again.
