Before we start Gameweek 26, it's time to look at who won Manager of the Month for February.

Well, the top four managers of the month for February were:

MotM 202302 February.JPG

Congratulations to Garry for coming out on top and being February Manager of the Month. \:D/

In terms of the overall league table at the end of February, the leaders are:

Overall at end 202302 February - Top.JPG

Daniel is still in the lead, but his lead has been cut from 72 points to just 30 points now, as Jane had an excellent February. What will March bring? :-k

@welshlad - thanks for this Steve.

I made a horlicks of GW25.

With 6 of my squad not playing and several teams on a double Game week, I decided on wholesale changes, which admittedly netted me a healthy 97 points BUT I used my Wildcard when I'd intended to use my Free Hit. #-o #-o

I've sacrificed some excellent squad members that had taken careful planning to get into my squad.

I think many of us have been there at some point with the wrong chip, button or player swaps by mistake and so feel your pain. Sometimes they have a strange way of working out though!

The next round of games has just started, but I thought I should just summarise the position as at the end of March and confirm who the manager of the month for March was.

Well, the top three managers in March were:

MotM 202303 March.JPG

Congratulations to Daniel T and Richard L for jointly coming out on top and being our joint March Managers of the Month. \:D/ You will have to share the kudos between you this month. :)

In terms of the overall league table at the end of March, the leaders are now:

Overall at end 202303 March - Top.JPG

Daniel B has finally been caught and Jane is now in front by a single point. They both have a reasonable cushion over Daniel T in third place, but there is still plenty of time for everything to change, particularly if there are some key chips that people are yet to play.

Let's see what April brings!

Yup, good to know you're still around.

A lot of very high scores in the Double Game week, last week. A lot of Free Hits must have been used.

Before the next round of games starts tomorrow, it's time to look at who was manager of the month for April.

Well, the top six managers in April were:

MotM 202304 April.JPG

Congratulations to Garry and Richard L for jointly coming out on top and being our joint April Managers of the Month. \:D/ For the second month in a row, Richard will have to share the kudos with someone else. :)

In terms of the overall league table at the end of April, the leaders are now:

Overall at end 202304 April - Top.JPG

Jane has stretched out her lead a little, but it's still pretty close amongst the top six. With only 4 gameweeks left of the season, it's still all to play for to see who will be our overall manager of the season.

Let's see what May brings!

Ok, drum roll please.......

It's time to reveal who is our CW Forum Fantasy Premier League Manager of the Season 2022/23.

But before we get to that, what about Manager of the Month for May?

Manager of the Month - May

Well, it was all very close during the month, so here are the top 6 managers for May:

MotM 202305 May.JPG

So, by a margin of just 2 points, Mark is Manager of the Month for May. He just pipped Nathan to the award.

Final Overall Standings

Back to the main prize. It's been a long, hard season, with lots of ups and downs, and an unusual break for the World Cup. Here are the final standings at the top of our league:

Overall at end 202305 May - Top.JPG

Congratulations to Jane for taking 1st place. In the end, she ran out a fairly comfortable winner over last season's champion, Richard. Congratulations, too, to Richard and Daniel on their runners-up spots.

So that's it for another season. Enjoy a couple of months or so off from the football and before we know it we'll be back in August for the new season.

 Congratulations to the winner with a great points total, runners up, all those that secured a manager of the month and to everyone else who stuck with it .

I am fairly happy with my finish inside the top 10, which was achieved despite my ongoing stubbornness not to captain Haaland and go for the differential. At least I already know where I can improve next year!

Thank you also to @welshlad for maintaining the monthly updates .
