Refreshing to see a new driver on the top step of the podium - it gives Marko and Horner something to think about. Personally I would keep Gasly and Albon as is until the end of the season and then make a decision.

For Hamilton, he was unlucky but the penalty decision made for an interesting race - no real harm done to his championship and I'm sure his main rivals will be annoyed they couldn't take advantage.

Fully expecting a race of safety cars at Mugello next weekend - last time I watched any footage the track was surrounded by big, deep gravel traps which I'm sure will cause problems.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.

Vettel not confirmed yet, there's still the outside chance they're bringing Hulk back!

was surprised as anyone when I learned Checo was leaving, did he give any reason?
Although I don't think it will be at Racking Point/Aston Martin I'd also love to see Hulk back in a seat in '21

Bonkers race and wouldn't be surprised if Ham & Bot trip over each other on the next restart. Can't help but feel cracks are starting to appear between the Merc drivers.

Bottas has no answer to Hamilton.

I'm also sure Max dropped the c-word on the radio at the start of the race and they missed bleeping it

It was a crazy race. They do need to look at the safety car restart rules though, that was a scary accident when the midfield thought Bottas has gone....but he hadn't :problem:

Agreed and with Kiter65... the onboard footage particularly was scary and felt a bit like the Billy onboard. Thankfully the cockpit in a F1 is a very strong place now (mainly thanks to Sid Watkins and more recently Ian Roberts and team).

I've seen similar in motorbike and saloon car racing on restarts and stalls on the grid and its often serious.
In my brief foray into racing (badly) I only experienced it once (on a rolling restart) but thankfully I was roo slow to cause too much damage and the faster cars behind me took avoiding action and just took my wing mirrors off both sides.. that was scary enough but at F1 acceleration, different story.
