As other's have said, it's all to play for as no one really knows how it will play out yet.
My hope is that Ferrari gets back to the top ;)

I actually think it's going to be one the most intriguing starts to a season for many a year. The pre-season testing has shown some teams to have immediately/apparently more reliable packages than others - but I think the overall performance across the leading teams could be much less predictable when it comes to getting a car to do the Melbourne race distance in a "balls-out" competitive fashion.

With some work colleagues we're having a play at the Hilton (hotel chain) Fantasy F1 league. No reason to pick Hilton other than they have one running. My choices are tilted towards the Mercedes drivers and engine but I've also picked Kimi - for both the Ferrari potential, but also because I like his blunt, "arsey" approach to the bigger F1 machine :).

Part of me also wants Seb & Red Bull to get a bit of a come down early on but I doubt that Mr Newey wont have it sussed by the middle of the year at worst. Ross Brawn into Williams would be an interesting twist  . One of those years where I think (and to a degree hope) the early season leaders and laggards may well be reversed by the end of the season.

I want to see my 2 favorite teams back at the top, sadly mclaren I don't think will have the pace looking at testing, but Williams just might.. Mclaren have the driver in button though and his style will suit these tricky new cars, but massa looks quick and the wily old campaigner may just pull some results out of the bag..

However first race I reckon Hamilton or Romberg will win it, that Mercedes looks on it like donkey kong, I also fully expect Alonso on the podium

Would love to see Williams do well, but frankly I'm in the 'don't care who wins as long as it's not Vettel/RedBull' camp.

I'd like to see Kimi do well and the resulting toy tossing should be interesting.

Anything once there's some excitement not sure I can take anymore of the same thing.

Well, looking at testing it's likely to be Mercedes & Williams at the front - maybe even joined by a Force India (all Mercedes engines then).

I don't think the Renault engines will be threatening the front just yet, so we won't be seeing too much of Vettel.

Ferraris could upset the party, but I think they still need a race or two to sort themselves out.

The practice sessions in Australia will be the most interesting - last chance to get themselves sorted. Which teams will even be able to do a full-race simulation?

Given all the changes, this one could be pretty unpredictable therefore I wish them all the best and hope that some cars actually finish.....

Would love Button to take the first win though.....

I agree, hugely unpredictable. However, to immediately ignore what I've just said and make a prediction......I'd like to see 2 Mercs followed by 1 Williams, ideally in the order HAM, ROS, MAS.

The talk of Ross Brawn to another F1 team later this year I'm not so sure about. I think it's possibly more likely he could be lined up by CVC as a replacement for Bernie on the commercial side.

My God they're an ugly bunch this year. A bunch of broken noses, anteaters, sex toys & in Lotus' case sun-spiders.
