Dive,Dive,Dive!
As some of you may have gathered i recently turned 40 ...i decided to get a watch (of course).
I did think about a classic dress type watch but i hardly ever wear them so it seemed a bit pointless. In the end i decided to get the sort of watch i tend to wear most...and i've been thinking about this particular one for a while.
So..here we have an Oris small seconds diver.
47mm (although it doesn't wear that big) and 250g (yes,it's heavy)
A sapphire domed crystal with anti-reflective coating inside and helium valve.
Powered by Oris 243 calibre based on ETA 2836-2 mvt
Have to say it wears really nicely...very pleased with it indeed. I have tried (poorly) to show some of the lume but i've seen better pictures.
#just noticed i seem to have lost the wrist shot picture....i will sort one out tomorrow#

Really nice looking watch. The colour combo looks really smart. Starting to regret not ordering Orange Trident now. Oh well, maybe the Forum LE will show the futures bright!
Re: Dive,Dive,Dive!
Really nice! I definitely have an Oris itch (ooh err!) that will have to be scratched one of these days.
Congrats Andy, and well done on the 40 milestone.

Re: Dive,Dive,Dive!
It's sad to think that your lovely new watch is now likely to last longer than you !
welcome to the "40 up" club
I like the "wave effect" on the dial
you will have to show it off when we next have a beer......along with your "I'm 40 badge"

SNAP!!
Andy, I have exactly this watch, oh, hang on, didn't you see it at the GTG?
So, can I paint a watch on the side of the old crate ?

Cracking watch village
I wouldn't mind one of those myself.
Congrats on hitting the big Four O. Let me see that takes me back to 1993. Guess I must be getting really old.
Best wishes
