For me, it’s like many things in life that I said I didn’t need and resisted for ages, you end up wondering how you ever did without them. Eg: Dishwasher, tumble dryer, computer, tinterweb, smart phone, iPad, car aircon, cruise control, auto gearbox, heated car seats, Labrador and my current favourite, bed socks 8)

facebook (worst thing ever invented)

Whatsapp is great as its free to send pictures and keep in touch with friends & family ( group chats can be fun )

Online banking app is great for checking if your watch fund is enough or not whilst window shopping or looking on ebay or forum sales corner.

Smartphone cameras are exceptional considering the size, easy uploading and posting without conecting the camera to a laptop.

Games, we all love games (especially free games)

Did i mention the forum and keeping an eye on sales corner and your PM,s when out (if your selling in sales corner)
CW sales emails that you either get on your smart phone or if they have taken you off the list someone will always post a link ( whilst your out )

Watching BT sport when your out and cannot make it home in time to watch it on Sky.

Super 6 and predicting the scores.

The phones gallery of all of your flipped watch photos.

Geo tracker app to see where you have been and how to find your way back to the car park.

AA app for when you find your car, head home and then break down.

DPD app for tracking your CW watch,

And possibly the most useful part of a smart phone is that you see a watch in the shop window and you can search for the best price online and price match it baby. The phone pays for itself.

The free minutes and texts are useless really. :headbash:

Greetings,

You can even check out who is next in the WHU hot seat and then drown your sorrows!

To answer the op, yes.

However, I would agree as above, it does come in handy for What's app and for taking shopping pictures.

I recently rented an S-Class Merc with massage seats and side-bolsters that inflated during cornering.

There will be better out there, but I can tick off.....

Double glazing, heated steering wheel, heated and cooled seats front and rear, shiatsu massage front and rear, fridge, noise supression system, 26 speaker 1300watt stereo. Wifi and wireless Blu-ray. (Plus a load of other guff)

And I have absolutely no idea how to use virtually any of it! :)

I can fit my car in the garage. It doesn’t get iced up in the morning. :D
