60th is this year, but my budget is going toward a big party, not specifically planning on a watch. but the year is young, so who knows?

no, big party. probably 100+ people. lots of live music (i'll be singing with two bands, and there will be a lot of musician shuffling, including (so far in my head) a bit of "stump the band" and closing the night with a bunch of bass players and doing big bottom by spinal tap followed by the closing song... time by floyd). i did end up with a less expensive venue, with the negative to balance cost is that I only have it from 4-10pm, but i guess with a lot of old people, maybe ending at 10 isn't the worst thing ever. maybe we'll start with blue-plate special meals at 4:30. :) and now i can spend more money on higher quality booze and food.

Ooft 100 folk, I've been at smaller weddings. Outstanding, hope you have a great day/night.

This is what my family bought me for my 40th.

It's our 30th wedding anniversary later on this year so there may be a major watch purchase to celebrate that occasion, not quite sure what yet.

I bought my C65 SH21 LE specifically to celebrate my 50th Birthday in 2020 at the CW Showroom.
It was a watch I dreamed of owning.
I did spend the most I had ever spent on a watch at the time.
I got serial number 070 as I was born in 1970.
Thrilled I got this watch and for my special birthday.
A true keeper.

Looks like it'll be a rocking good time. I think getting a group of likeminded musician friends together to make music is a great idea for a celebration. Better, I dare say, than another watch!
