Aha! This might be helpful, considering the voice mailboxes were full on Monday!

Tried the Wizzie the Wiz email twice last night and both times it bounced. Is it spelt correctly as I just cut and past? Maybe it was me but I copied in Debs and she received it.

Good plan! Always best to hedge one's bets although with the quality of service CW provide it makes no odds!

+1. Same here despite how busy they have been. Always patient and helpful. The tone of her e mails (Wera - not yet dealt with Debs) is like it's from a friend, not just some faceless customer services team.

Please do not put full email addresses on here. Change the @ into 'at' to stop any problems.

She does indeed. I was very happy the way she answered my emails, and the time was certainly not office hours.

used her email address (not the one listed here) it is 9PM in the UK (10PM where I am) and she replied straight back within seconds.

And my questions were stupid not even expecting an answer, was just making some silly points as a joke. Yet I still get a reply and a very good one which sure put me in my place, all good of course :)
All the best,

Matt Hough
