I've only contacted support once through the address in this thread and my response was very fast, at 02:46 in the morning might I add. If that's not going the extra mile for your job I don't know what is!
I dropped Wera's "direct" email a question the night before last regarding my C5 Aviator lume... and got a reply saying she was sorry but had to pass it on to a colleague as she is on holiday and had no access to whatever she needed to check! I sent her a stern reply telling her not to answer any more business emails whilst holidaying, but she is of the opinion that customer service doesnt stop because you are on holiday
It is very nice, but sometimes you have to have a day off!

Even if they have a list of customers that have bought this model they would not be able to share it due to the Data Protection laws. Plus they would not know if they still had the watch and if they did whether they are looking to sell it. Or do you expect CWL to phone thousands of customers asking them if they are looking to sell their watch?
No. You have to do the hunt. Place a Want To Buy. Scour the Sales Corners of watch forums, eBay etc.
