We have despatch!!! Also I think my C1 is being despatched today as well. Boy am I gonna be in trouble. :hilfe:

Any luck Vista?

Mine touched down today. Have to say, she's a beauty in brown. Will post some photos later. Who say they only come in green?!? :lol:

edit: seems to be "missing" the 10% discount voucher though :(

Had a long chat with staff the other day and I can't fault them for their efforts but sadly mine has not even arrived with them yet. They say that a few cases were damaged and I suppose mine is amongst them. I am expecting a call when they have it for despatch to me.
Can't wait to see your pictures and I'm pleased you've got it at last.

Your lucky then!!

I had an email from Wera last weekend to ask if I still wanted the C7 I'd reserved with a certain serial no' as it was 'sitting on her desk' but I hadn't actually paid for it yet knowing there were delays with them!!

I said I wanted it and paid for it there and then, getting a mail back saying thankyou and it would be in the post (last) tuesday!!

Today, sunday, still no sign of it, no reply to my email asking about it, and the website 'still' says it's being checked or packed!!!

This will be my 4th CWL watch, and the Missus has 2, so I'm familiar with the Co' and also know the issues brought up on here, but I am finding my patience to be somewhat tested here with this and I am pretty laid back normally!!

If I was a brand new customer to CWL, I wouldn't be impressed, and I seriously think they need to take this on board as I think it's a great product and idea..............just not convinced on how it's being run at the moment?!!!
