My 39mm C63 GMT arrived with a 36mm instruction manual
Lovely watch tho. And the consort bracelet (separate order) has micro adjust. Very happy.

Re: January Sale - 2025
I don`t consider it generous or fair compensation. These other colours were on sale too, so if I wanted them I could've ordered those other colours. And a sales agreement is a sales agreement. It`s not like they don`t have the Dragonfly and now they are trying to find a solution. They do have the w...

Re: C63 Sealander GMT - Am I missing something?
I've just come back from 2.5 weeks in Japan, which is 9 hours ahead of the UK. I took my C60 GMT 300 and I found the GMT function invaluable for seeing what the time back in the UK was. Although I am a mathematician by training, I found doing the mental arithmetic of taking off 9 hours quite challe...

Also ordered a C63 GMT on Wednesday shortly after the sale started. Monies taken and order confirmation email received but no shipping notification yet. I'm in no hurry.

Omega Speedmaster under a microscope - Slow motion close-ups...
Thought this worth sharing. This guy has some serious equipment and showed various parts of the watch both up close and at a slower frame rate to show what is going on.

Re: January Sale - 2025
Picked up a Sealander 39 GMT in black. I've been eyeing them up for a while, so decided to go for it. Was tempted by a Lumiere but held fire.

Re: A very good holiday watch indeed!
The more I look at and read about the Sealander GMT, the more I’m certain that this is the watch for me as my daily work watch. Has the looks and presence and yet retains its practicality and wouldn’t matter too much should it get knocked arao7nd a bit. I feel the first purchase of the year coming ...

Re: F1 2025 - Motorsport thread
Agree with the sentiment from others - lots to look forward to. RB - how will Lawson do? Can RB sort their car out? McLaren - can lando shake the mistakes he makes? I think Piastri might out score Lando this season Merc - will this year be the year they finally get on top of the car? How will kimi d...

I’ve dithered on this watch for years as I really love them. Congratulations on the new watch, Iain. I also prefer v1 to v2.

EBay UK - charging buyers from Feb
Thought I’d share this as I know many people here buy/sell on eBay (watches or otherwise). EBay made it free to sell a few months ago. I’ve just had an email stating that they will charge buyers a fee from Feb (buying has always been free AFAIK) when purchasing from private sellers. Fees as follows ...

Some of the comments in the threads linked above confirm the photographed watch has an applied logo.
