I had no idea they had such an illustrious past, as opposed to the current lovely but slightly meh modern direction.

Junghans makes some fantastic pieces. For some reason they don't garner a lot of attention. Their Meister series has several designs that are outstanding for folks who like the Bauhaus design, very German.

Thanks for the link. I never realized that they had completely beard away from mechanicals for a time. I am glad they came back to them.
