I saw this on another forum and thought it was worth posting here.

This is from Duncan at Genesis Watchmaking - http://www.genesiswatchmaking.co.uk/
In the video he goes through the machine and software he uses to detect how far out the regulation is with a watch and then goes through all what the figures mean and so what he has to do to correct it. 11 minutes but it did not seem that long.
