During the Bel Canto process CW has been providing teaser emails with nice tidbits about the Bel Canto (2 of 6 received to date).

Today, a different email, titled "Your C1 Bel Canto is now in production".

The body of the email included the following:

We are delighted to inform you that your Bel Canto has now gone into production. We'll be in touch to confirm when it will be available.

My watch is slated for delivery in July, perhaps things are moving a bit faster.

That’s disappointing. Mine was slated for delivery in June and I haven’t heard anything since January.

That is puzzling
So no tidbit emails either?
What color did you select?
Are you going with the bracelet?
Just grasping at straws to see if something in you order is putting you on another timeline
Perhaps reach out to CW to inquire

I also got one of these emails. I was previously told I’d get mine in June, so this email makes sense to get now.

I got the black dial with black leather. But I plan on switching it to the titanium bracelet and getting my own black leather band from Delugs (CW customer service said I could make the switch and I don’t particularly like the CW leather band option for the Bel Canto).

Have you checked you SPAM folder? A lot of CW correspondence ends up in there for me. Might be worth a look.

I shot their customer service an email this morning to inquire. I did get one of the tidbit emails in April with the subject “Bel canto 1st email” but no other non-marketing email other than my order confirmation in January. Purple dial with titanium bracelet.

Same here. Build to commence in March, QC in May, delivery in June, but nothing other than the 1st email..

Sorry to hear about the uneven communication patterns from CW amongst the nice folks here.
I will continue to share the messages I receive.
It will be interesting to see how the cadence from production to delivery for my watch is relative to the outline from CW that Tufa kindly shared.

For what it’s worth, I did receive a response from CW this morning which reads: “As of now that June date is still on track.”

So I guess we’ll see.

Has anyone waiting for one of the green LEs heard anything since ordering? Seems like the new status update emails are for the third batch of non LE. Is this the correct assessment?
