Has anyone waiting for one of the green LEs heard anything since ordering? .......
Pre-ordered mine last Nov, been told ETA in Jun.'23 three months ago and previous email on 24.Apr titled "Order Update for Bel Canto" indicating delivery should be taken place in early Jun. (Reason of delay is "have had issues with some platines (the green dial-like component that supports the movement parts)"
Then, heard nothing since, no progress and not responding emails.
I can only look at pix & waiting.
When I was emailed (also on 24th April) it says they expect the batch of watches mine was in to be delivered to head office by the end of June (not early June). I was given the same reason for delay.
I have requested to pick up the watch from head office so I can get the bracelet resized and check out some of other models.

I ordered my black BC 20/12/22, got instant confirmation/acknowledgement. On 17/1/23 got confirmation of June (23) delivery.Since then I have only received 3 out of 4 "notes from the atelier"...no updates.I will probably give them another week,before chasing.

Received a reply from CW customer service re delivery for my Bel Canto,black,ordered 20/12/22.
They say delivery is still scheduled for June,but likely to be very late June.

Now, the watch delivered unexpected at the wrong address. I've send them 3 emails regarding to my travel plan but they never bothered to response. It means I won't see the watch for many more months.
Much poorer customer service (re Blue & Green Bel Canto orders) than before imo.

Thank you. It arrived fine (just I won't be able to use it til Xmas) but I felt disappointed that they never bothered to reply my 3 emails regarding to change of address. Every time I call, the representatives were either busy or someone confirmed they have got it on the record.
This is the 3rd time they have got the wrong address and I always surprised to received tracking emails fr carriers themselves than CW.

Looks like the status updates are only for the non LE. I got an email 2 weeks ago saying the green platine batch that my watch was allocated to failed QC and this will delay my delivery from May to June.
I got that same email, plus another one now saying the mid-June deadline has been missed too, and that they don’t know now when I’ll get my watch. Very disappointing of course, even more so having had to pay the full price of the watch up front.
