I have to believe they have been making the Green LEs.

Again, CW seems to be a very customer focused shop and I can't see them letting down the 2 LE groups and prioritize any of the 4 other colors.

It could be the like the auto world where they build a run of one color, change over to another, etc.

Ordered both colours, only received confirmation emails. I needed to chase a month delayed blue one via email & green one has been a month late (they sent an email to inform).

CW used to under promise regarding to delivery date but I can understand the current situation due to supply chain.

Good luck for those waiting for Bel Canfo. Lovely thing.

Has anyone waiting for one of the green LEs heard anything since ordering? Seems like the new status update emails are for the third batch of non LE. Is this the correct assessment?

Thanks
Tim
Looks like the status updates are only for the non LE. I got an email 2 weeks ago saying the green platine batch that my watch was allocated to failed QC and this will delay my delivery from May to June.

As unwelcome such an email would be to receive, I give CW some credit on transparency. Specifically their willingness to pinpoint the cause of the delay.

Thanks, for sharing. I guess I'll keep waiting and one day just get the dispatch email!

Watches are made in batches. So if all the parts come in for an LE they would build them all in one go. Who knows, they may have run out of one colour and built these to maintain production flow. I doubt it though. The build queue and build order was probably set months ago and the LEs were announced first after all.

What colour did you order? I do hope the green LE are out before the non-LE colours! I'm waiting with baited breath!

Cielo, the original delivery date was June, no email yet if there is any delay, and was confirmed twice that they are still on track for June

I'm pretty sure CW prioritised the green ones, as those were ordered first. No reason not to.

But if a number of green dials failed QC and had to be re-made, then it's perfectly feasible that a few early series (4 colours) watches might ship ahead of some greens.
