Which will be The Twelve’s next dial colours?
Re: Which will be The Twelve’s next dial colours?
I don't know the next color, but the natural next will be the TwentyFour. And maybe, but only maybe, an AmPm final edition.

Except that recent experience implies very strongly that Christopher Ward and Final Edition are ne'er to be found in the same sentence.

Dang it, is this how digital watches began?

While I like the gloss black C60 Trident Pro that I own, I am not sure that a solid black will work for this application. Don’t think that it would showcase the texture & depth of dial that the CW designers were striving for. I can envision a brilliant emerald green as a LE or open edition. Wouldn’t be surprised by a red similar in hue to a recent bespoke LE. But, neither may happen as each might be considered too solid for same reasons that black might not be used. Would be interesting to see a mock up of emerald green or brilliant red for the Twelve dial!

See, I would actually prefer a deep, solid matte black that mutes the effect of the dial and makes the texture more subtle. Contrast that type of dial against a steel case and highly-polished indices and that would beWileyECoyote wrote:While I like the gloss black C60 Trident Pro that I own, I am not sure that a solid black will work for this application. A mock up of the proposed colors might be helpful & give us a better idea of how well that they might work!

Mike France appeared on Scottish Watches last week to talk about the Bel Canto and The Twelve: http://www.scottishwatches.co.uk/2023/0 ... nd-twelve/
Towards the end of the interview, he said that the 36mm Twelve will arrive in August (and with new color options), and that titanium versions in that size will come later. He also mentioned that “something special” related to The Twelve will be coming in October.

Which will be The Twelve’s next dial colours?
Apologies if this was discussed somewhere in the 350 posts in the Twelve is Live thread.
We know that a 36mm version is due out later this year. I assume we do not know anything about dial colors (although probably safe to assume that at least some of the 40mm colors will be repeated). Do we know if that 36mm will also be in titanium?
I think the only thing that would eventually talk me off a purple 40mm titanium would be if the same watch came in 36mm.

Wondering when a Tiffany dial colour will make it's appearance. Personally not a fan, but alot of brands introduce it as a form of a limited run.

My ludicrous wishes
1) instead of a new colour, just make a dial with no texture, any colour will do.
2) that “something special related to the Twelve” is a full gold bracelet watch

And for me would it be a big deal to imagine a salmon dial please?
