The Sectors might be garish but they have a provenance and hence some integrity but, sorry, for me my least favourite is the C9 Chrono. I was so looking forward to this but was so disappointed when I saw it. My main problem is with the sub-dials which are too small and placed too far towards the circumference of the watch. Start again Mr C and give us a mechanical C3 please. :(

I honestly think the C5 chronos are 'half' decent looking and better than the standard C5's, which to me are old man's watches - I'm working very hard on becoming an old man btw! But until I get there, it represnts the opposite of what I like (see signature) and is all about personal taste at the end of the day.

Redd, I think the point is there are NO C5 chronographs, do you mean the C3? :?

Do you maybe mean C5 Aviator, rather than C5 Chrono?? AFAIK there are no C5 chronos... :?

I tend not to look at any quartz watches. I'd love an auto version of the C3 though.

The look of the chunky bezel on the C40 really puts me off too. (I've never handled one though.) A smaller, neater bezel and it would be twice the watch.

Opinion only, of course! 8)

I'm half right and half stupid.

Yes the C5 is my least favourite CWL and and the very similar C3 Chrono is a nicer watch.

When i saw this thread I got the view up of all the CWL watches and because (they look is so similar), did'nt spot I'd gone into C3 territory. #-o

I'm very pleased that the forum has done me proud and the Sector is comfortably winning. And even more pleased that "anything quartz" is coming in second. Good work, my apprentices. You will be Sith one day. [/geek]

In all seriousness, anyone nominating the C3 or C5 is a mentalist. The gold C3 is beautiful, and the C3 was my first (and will be the only once the C700 comes out) quartz watch.
(And the Sector is actually quite a nice watch in the flesh... well, the UK version. The US one is still very loud, and the numbers resting at the top of the circles look odd)
