I ordered a Sealander on Friday, received the confirmation and as of Wednesday, haven't heard anything else. I'm not picky but just want to
Get a rough idea when it will arrive in Boston. Their customer service number was no help. Anyone have any shipping experience with CW?

Re: Watch Order and Delivery
Welcome to the forum. Some questions:
Was it listed as in stock when you purchased on Friday? Also did you purchase in the evening Eastern? You may have pushed up to the weekend in the UK.
Did you create an account when you placed your order? You can track progress there.
In general, they try to fill orders within 2 business days but I don't know if they have fully caught up from the recent sale which was very busy.
Once it ships it is usually 3-5 days (it has traditionally been quicker for me - I am in NH) as long as there are no snafus with customs. It is much better than a few years ago but customs still has hiccups every now and again.
We hope you stick around. Please introduce yourself here

Thanks for the reply. I'm not worried, I have just heard horror stories about DHL. I didn't realize that just had a sale. I guess I'm super excited to get the watch. I need to relax lol.

It used to be much worse before CW started paying duty on your behalf. It should be a smooth transaction and you should hear something shortly I would expect.

Ordered on Jan 23 and still waiting
It's been almost 2 weeks and haven't received the watch yet. A week ago I sent them a message asking for a timeline and they said 1-2 days and it would ship. Almost a week later, nothing. I've never had this experience with any other brand. I ordered a Sealander 36. It better be worth it.

Sorry to hear of your frustration. What is the status of your order in your account of the CW website?Jim77 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2025 10:25 pm It's been almost 2 weeks and haven't received the watch yet. Maybe, as per our How to. . . . topic, try contacting CW's Customer Service Manager, Matt Thomas, who may be reached at Matthew.Thomas@christopherward.co.uk

Re: Watch Order and Delivery
That's good news. What though was your original order for?
If it included an item that was on pre-order, say watch on bracelet plus an extra strap and the bracelet is on pre-order, then the whole order will be delayed until it can be fulfilled completely. CW does not ship part orders with pre-order items to follow.

Re: Watch Order and Delivery
I ordered a 36mm Sealander with the Bader Bracelet.
They are shipping it with a strap until the Bracelets come in. It was in stock when I ordered it. The strap will hold me over.
The watch will be delivered by Tuesday.
