Surprised you didn't make use of the NN sale.

Also surprised at the cancelled appointment. It was the strong opinion here of CW customer service that made my feel ok parting with a not inconsiderable sum for an online purchase when normally I'd prefer a store to go back to (which may answer my first comment). Hope you love the watch (mine is a daily wearer right now), and fingers crossed now the sales done CW get back on top of things quickly.

Thanks for the update. It does appear to have been an honest mistake. I am very happy that fences have been mended, all has worked out and a lesson learned at CWL.

Please post some photos of your C7 when it arrives. 8)

Good to see that it was sorted, and that you realise the forum isn't just about fanboys and apologists. We all like the company, though very few of us like ALL the watches, and Chris himself has admitted on more than one occasion that we can be very stern critics and make him wince from time to time. :)

???

CWL may be an on line company, but they advertised a showroom function, and unsurprisingly people availed themselves of it...

Not quite sure why you're telling everybody to grow up for complaining when the 'service' is unceremoniously canned and with little respect for a customer with a long standing booking.

To be honest, CW will get the customers they deserve if you think that sort of thing is acceptable, so fill your boots....
Ideal number of watches in your collection = current number of watches + 1...
