Wow seeing a Highlander available for sale was not on my bingo card for 2025!

Whilst quite exciting it looks like returns from the recent sale….

Whilst I didn’t buy this time around I tried to introduce a family member to CW - he went all in purchasing 3 watches but sadly all were several weeks in arriving, incorrect and the returns process awful. Based on this experience alone he has decided to go elsewhere.

A real shame for me having recommended CW and for the business as the sale is a great opportunity to gain new customers not lose them through poor service. I can only hope the feedback is taken on board for next time.

Good luck to anyone looking for an unexpected deal though!

That’s rather unfortunate! Maybe not the best time to buy a first CW I guess. Although I’m sure the % of orders with issues is relatively small. But higher than standard orders the rest of the year. Definitely not good for a brand new customer though

I've never been disappointed by a NN watch.

Me neither...I think the duds are few and far between (and usually resolved in positive way).

I am however finding the new sale logistics/strategy extremely odd (in the literal sense of atypical)

Nothing for me this time around.

Instead, yesterday, I paid a visit to a friendly watch dealer in the City (of London) and agreed to buy something light but dark.

Mine has become a favourite since I bought it a year ago… More expensive than a Tissot, but no comparison when compared in hand.

When using the "clearance" link I found: 32
When I searched "sale" I found: 41
