Been seeing a lot of these bel canto and AR coating issue recently

Has this AR issue run its course?

I'm looking at a pre-owned BC, the owner confirms some AR failure and I'm wondering whether I want to be taking this on.
C60 MKI, MKII, MKIII: "some",
