:? but it didn't even get to the Sales Corner? Is this another super slick forum sale?

Guy
Looks like it went straight to ebay & sold quickly.

I understand your logic, I craved a Speedbird, found one and thought 'Bleugh', almost a catch & release.

Just glad it wasn't more expensive :-)

Watches are like Dictionaries; the worst is better than none, and the best cannot be expected to go quite true.

Speedhawk: the busy dial which can be a sod to read at the steering wheel position. Gorgeous watch though, front, sides and back. Not leaving me and , curiously, I'd buy another.

Looks to be too big for the wrist. One of CW's best though.
I miss all the great things that may never be.

The typhoon my good man. Has a lovely look but seems to overhand the wrist?

Ah right. I didn't find it over big to wear at all. If I wanted one watch to wear at all times it'd be shortlisted but would probably fail against a more interesting dial.

How can I explain this better? Well, when I'm busy being a secret agent I don't want mysterious and beautiful women to say "that's an interesting watch on the bedside table Pete", I want mysterious and beautiful women to march boldly across the casino and say "Hey, you with the stunning watch, is that a metaphor for your love tackle? Take me to bed now!!" hahahaha
