I think some of you have missed the point. I wasn't shopping for a watch, just nosing round looking at all that's on show there, maybe validating my choice in watches. I also looked at IWC, beautifully made but while they aren't the fussier models, they are a bit big for my taste. Hublot probably sums up quite nicely that those who can afford it aint necessarily got taste.

Ditto. IWC, and maybe Stowa, will fit your bill if you're into Pilot watches. Get the Mark XVI before it's gone, the replacement Mark XVII just messed up a classic design.
Completely agree they've messed up the IWC pilot with the 3 number date window.
