UK delivery - switched?

Post by Bahnstormer_vRS »

For quite a number of years, CW has within the UK used DPD as their preferred delivery company, with occasional use up to a couple of years ago of Royal Mail (mostly for small items).

However, during the January Sale period this year I had a couple of small packages, each containing a bracelet, that were delivered by DHL Express within a one or two hours window (can't recall which).

I read this afternoon that CW are now using DHL Express for watches as well:-

Still - kudos to CW for delivering my Moonglow on a full moon (and eclipse!) 8)
I wondered if this is a permanent switch or an either / or situation.

I wonder if CW aren’t consolidating with a single DHL contract for better pricing?
