Success. :D

My order of 9th Jan was shipped on 10th (last Friday), and reached me on Monday 13th.
My order of 10th Jan, was in limbo, but I have just received a shipping advice today, 17th, and I should get that by Monday, I would think.

The case curvature differs for the different case diameter. I believe the only difference is the end links of the bracelets. But the end links are specific to the case. I don’t know from experience how much they differ but I would expect a gap of some degree between the edge of the lug and the case.

Is Syracuse University one of them?

If yes, you will know why I purchased this but I am not yet sure if it is for me, my wife, my brother, or my nephew '25.

The colors were immediately what came to mind when you earlier mentioned a nephew attending the Orange. I have several cousins who attended Syracuse, including one who graduates this May. SU is about 1.25 hours or so north of me. The closest schools are Cornell U and Ithaca College. I’m south of Ithaca, in the zone DHL designated uninhabitable wasteland. ;)

My nephew is in a dual Whitman and Maxwell program and also graduates in May.
I, my wife, my brother (his father), and now my nephew all went to SU. His brother, my other nephew, goes to Colgate so a little south and east.

It is far from a wasteland and your signature, FLX, gave it away.

So, for two days, my order (Non-sale placed on the10th) has been showing as dispatched without a shipping method. So, no tracking, no message from DPD and a deep trough in the carpet from my pacing up and down.
Today, out of the blue, DPD deliver my order:
IMG_4410.jpg
Only one slight glitch; I ordered the black leather strap not the brown.
I did want the brown and so I ordered one, in the sale, yesterday.
As I don't want 2 brown leather straps and I do want a black one, I've sent a request to CW to see if they can swap yesterday's order over.
Fingers crossed
Thanks for the info. I live in hope that mine might suddenly appear. Mine has been preparing for despatch for 5 days.

In all honesty I’ve given up hope. As a new customer that’s not great.

Maybe they’re starting to get traction now. My Jan. 9 bracelet order was just despatched today. Set to arrive Jan. 23 here in the USA.

Not sure if they are a mirage but sale items seem to be back up 53 items.

Not a mirage, I see it too. Appears to be many more straps and bracelets.

The different bracelets have different endlinks so they register correctly with the watch case. Generally they are not interchangeable, although there are some successes. The 38mm and 40mm variants for instance will have a slightly different case radius even if the watch case design is otherwise identical.

Cool. Thanks for the help gents. I've opted for a blue/orange hybrid strap to go with my white dial TP300 instead.

I suppose this depends on what you plan to use to polish the centre links but masking off the brushed parts can be tricky.

I’ve done this using cape cod and the fluid that comes from the cloths tends to lift the tape up and makes it impossible to stick it back down.

I find a better way is to polish away not worrying about the brushed sections, then tape up the newly polish part and brush the outer sections back to get a nice crisp line between the two parts. I’ve used the brown parcel tape for this but gaffer/duct tape tends to stick more robustly.

@iain - sound advice Iain, thank you.

I'm intending to hand polish using Cape Cod, which I've done before to fettle up a C60 PCL bracelet.

That time, I used tank / duck / gaffa tape on the brushed parts but found, as you mention, it got soggy, lifted and wouldn't stick back. I'm not sure if I then worked around to polishing the centre links and then re-brush the outers, but that sounds a much easier and cleaner way of doing it.

Afterwards, if there is any residue from the tape, I've got some Sticky Stuff Remover that will deal with it.

Wish me luck.

Good luck Guy

I find when brushing the brushed sections it is easier to mask off a full side, ie the polished and one brushed section, then brush the other unmasked side before masking the other half of the bracelet and repeating.

Getting a thin piece of tape to cover just the polished section so you can brush both sides simultaneously is not very practical.

This is for informational purposes only. I am being patient and only posting in case it helps others figure out when they will receive their orders. Please know I live not that far from JFK Airport (International Flights and Customs) so USA shipments may (or may not) get to me more quickly.

22mm Hybrid Rubber Strap Black/Orange
1-11-2025 Saturday - Order email
1-14-2025 Tuesday - Dispatch email
1-16-2025 Thursday - DHL delivered
* 2 Business days to process and 2 Business days for shipping (this was processed late in the day so DHL did not pick up until 1-15-2025)

C63 Sealander 39mm Dagger/Silver on strap
1-12-2025 Sunday - Order email
1-16-2025 Thursday - Dispatch email
1-17-2025 Friday - DHL delivered
* 4 Business days to process and 1 business day for shipping

C63 Sealander 39mm Blue on hybrid rubber
1-14-2025 Tuesday - Order email
* not yet processed.

These seem like very good turn around times from order to shipping based on their extra order volume during these types of sales.

Being a new customer has nothing to do with it. It's not like the logistics people think hey let's screw over @LambethCW because he is a new customer and we want to prioritize current customers.

They have at least twice the order volume during a sale. They are a small lean company which is why they can offer low prices (relative to other brands) and great overall value. Be patient and know that once it arrives you will be very excited to have it. Short term worrying about it will only take away from the long term ownership experience.

Wondering if anybody might be able to help... I made a couple of orders yesterday separately but it appears I wasn't logged into my account for the 1st one. I received confirmation email for both. When entering the order number, email and postcode into the site to check status it shows the error message 'Sorry this order number, email or postal code does not match our records. Check your records and try again..' Is it quite likely the order hasn't gone through somehow, or should the initial confirmation email I received give me confidence that they're working on it and there's a mistake someplace else in the system?

*The 2nd order which was logged on my account looks fine and is being prepped.

I sent them an email earlier today to ask if the order was received ok but understandably no reply as of yet, and as I probably wont get a response until next week I'm just seeing if I can get some piece of mind from on here.
