Quite happy that getting a new C60 Trident Pro with hybrid rubber strap and NN Bader strap appears to have been only £50 more expensive than a heavily discounted NN C60 Trident Pro with Bader and a new rubber strap!

Quite a good deal - £873 all in and 2 straps to play with!

I just read an advert for a GMT that says you can have 3 time zones on it. With 24 hrs on the bezel and one extra hand, how can you have 3 different times?
Can anyone explain, I’m new to this.

Also I’m struggling to understand how to post photos. I did it once but apparently I did it wrong.

Exactly that`s why I didn't think it was suspicious when I placed my order. It was a used watch, not a brand new. Even big brands that only do store only sale allow their ADs to sell pre-owned stuff online. So it didn`t seem strange to me also considering that they only have 2 store world-wide.

Anyways I have emailed them so let`s see what they'll answer. So far haven`t heard anything back

This has actually been discussed recently in this thread: general-discussion/c63-sealander-gmt-am ... 64866.html

The C63 GMT can only track 2 time zones, as it has a fixed bezel.

I’ve now received all sale purchases, but not 100% sure I will keep the watch.

I am impressed with the lume though! Only been wearing it for an hour, inside on a grey day!

Not impressed with whoever packaged it up at CW though, as they didn’t seal the box shut! Luckily the watch and everything else was inside, but it could have easily been stolen or even just fallen out!

I have received a new watch I ordered on the 9th, sent on 10th, and I received it on Monday 13th.
I also ordered a NN on 10th, and another yesterday 14th, which are still showing as "being prepared.
Perhaps the processes for NN watches are slightly different, I hope they come, but you never know.

In Winter Sale section only and no longer listed in strap section:

20-HYB-01-SXKR-DC-ST (20mm, hybrid rubber black/red) was listed a few days ago but now gone

Keep it. The different/quirky stuff is what you will still find interesting in 1, 5, 10, 20, etc. years from now. The story about how you got one of the 30 of these things just add to the mystique. View @Bahnstormer_vRS Post about it and the CW Archive Link

Yes it was for a Trident GMT. So you move the bezel to get another time zone? That seems a bit of a cop out. A bit like just doing the math in your head.

Bagged this C65 Dune in the sale and it arrived yesterday. At first I wasn’t sure I’d like it and was thinking of returning it but decided to sleep on it. Today I had more time to look at it properly from different angles and in different light and am so pleased with it now the way the light catches the dial and the raised baton markers it’s definitely a keeper now!!…the canvas webbing strap is a little on the tough side but that’ll become more flexible with wear.

Update:
I’ve now resolved the issue with CW in a way that I’m happy with, though I won’t get into the specific details. I wanted to update everyone here, especially since many of you took the time to offer valuable advice about British consumer rights and sales laws. One of the best things to come out of my initial frustrated post was learning so much from your contributions. Thank you to everyone who provided constructive criticism, feedback, and shared your knowledge—it’s truly appreciated.

I also want to share a few reflections from this experience, both the pros and cons:
Pros:
CW Listens to Their Customers: When multiple people sent angrey emails and even threatened to send their watches back, CW acknowledged the situation and worked to address it. The initial resolution they offered was a good one—it just didn’t work for my particular circumstances. However, I’m sure others who received the same offer were thrilled. Ultimately, we were able to find a solution that worked for me, and I appreciate that CW genuinely values customer voices.

Cons:
Rookie Mistakes for an Established Brand: As a company that primarily operates online and has been in the business for two decades, it’s surprising that errors like this still occur.
Recurring Issues During Sales: From what I understand, mistakes seem to happen during every sale. While CW is good at offering solutions when things go wrong, it would be even better if they put more effort into ensuring mistakes didn’t happen in the first place.

That said, I’m satisfied with the resolution and want to thank everyone who stayed objective, offered relevant feedback, and refrained from name-calling, harassment, or judgmental comments.

Rolex started it many many years ago and it is the same process every other brand informs about how to do it.

I assume they are sending you the watch and asked you not to disclose how you got it. Did they make you sign an NDA?

Glad it worked out for you and thank you for posting the update.
So many people complain but rarely do they compliment when it is warranted.
