I just checked the twelve 36 ti, and there is no mention of the quick adjust bracelet. So I guess it could be the old bracelet.
When buying the bracelet seperately, it is mentionned that it has the quick adjust

It looks like the listings, in general, are stripped down versions of the new product listings, so it’s not clear what it does or doesn’t have. Missed out on a couple of bits yesterday as I was too indecisive and slow. With only 35 items left on sale this morning, is it normal for quite a bit more to come on sale when the sale proper starts?

Percentage-wise, the 12 Halo and Alta models are sitting there with a hefty 40% off, but no one seems to be biting.

Yes; there are likely to be additional items added periodically through the day, particularly ahead of the Sale going public at 15:00hrs GMT today.
