Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
I haven’t complained about the twin flag logo. But I did about the c60 pro 300 inner steel ring being offset at 6pm to the right. I ordered 5 different divers and all the same. When I contacted CW even as high as Mike France I was told within tolerance and no one else had complained.

I’m keeping an eye on this thread, as if the new upcoming, C60 300 is the same, it won’t be very ultimate, in my eyes.

Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
Disregarding any CW warranty, UK consumer rights give you up to 6 years of protection at different levels.
As a luxury item, a CW watch should be rightly held to a high bar of quality assurance and if it fails, you have certain rights that should be exercised.
If you buy a glitzy fashion watch, then that would not normally be given the same level of protection as a true luxury item. It is based on an understanding of ‘reasonableness’.

Nope one I screenshot off here but all the pro 300 I had this issue off at 6pm with me physically looking at it. Photo is just just to show what issue I am talking about.Amor Vincit Omnia wrote:@abeardsley2020 Did you take the photo?

@abeardsley2020
The reason I asked was because I can see the letter A and the frame of the date window beneath the seconds hand, which suggests that that could be a screenshot of a Photoshop??

No. Do you own one of these divers? If so is your aligned?Amor Vincit Omnia wrote:@abeardsley2020

Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
I must admit that I don’t have any dive watches. I’m just trying to understand the problem. As others have said, I’d need to see a photo of an actual watch with that issue.

Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
A few pics from me (mainly as I just try to understand the issue!). I think mine is aligned as it should be, although the tiniest tilt of the watch whilst being held throws the bezel marker off and could look squint......or have I missed something?
Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
I kind of tag onto a different post on here. But wanted to find out from recent owners if the inner steel insert on the trident pro 300 was still misaligned at 6pm area. I had previously ordered around 5 in various sizes & colours and they were all offset to the right. To be clear I am not talking about the ceramic bezel. I am talking about the engraved steel insert and at the 6pm position. I will attach a screen shot of one that illustrates the problem. Again I’ve seen this with my own eyes so please don’t comment about parallax etc. the photo is just to illustrate what I see with my own EYES. I am hopeful the issue has now been resolved. Thank you

Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
Thanks for photo I guess it’s probably how it looks to the eye. On the photo it looks offset but as you say could be the angle. All I know of when I had mine they were all visually off by eye to the right by maybe 1mm. Nowhere else on the dial though. So frustrating as I loved the design of the watch.

Re: Inner steel ring alignment is it fixed? Pro 300
To my mind, it's not a case of it being fixed.
In my experience with my C60 Atoll 300 and C60 Trident Pro 300 Coronation watches, both 9 - 12 months old, there isn't an issue that requires fixing.
