I really like this; the dial is the selling point for me, but there is so much out there at the same price point that I would probably consider before committing to a Bel Canto. I think that I’d need to see one in the flesh before I made my mind up, but a trip to Maidenhead isn’t something that I can make time for at the moment. One for the list of things to do.

I’ll keep an eye on this with interest though.

At some point, a while back, I joked about asking CW to do a Bel Canto Mazda Red Soul edition. The funny thing is that the upper part of the dial looks just like my wife's red Mazda (at least as far as I can tell from the pictures). Now, I also have a Phoenix on pre-order and while I do like how the Wyrd dial looks, the bottom purple is not really my thing. On the other hand, I'm sure that my wife would be able to pull it off, and I think it would be really awesome to have matching Bel Cantos. We'll see how it goes, I'm personally very eager to see how these limited editions actually look in real life.

I would guess that delivery of these will be well into 2024.

If only CW would entertain proper black hands on other pieces, especially the white dial Tridents, instead of wasting it on a Bel Canto

This is a bespoke Bel Canto.
If you can fulfill the MOQ, it's possible to make a bespoke trident with black hands too.

Yes, I just wish that CW had black hands / indices this as part of their mainstream collection somewhere.
