Bronze Trident 300 arrived today, on a Sunday, only three days after being despatched. Kudos to CW for getting this to me so quickly. It was originally listed as pre-order for early October delivery, but here it is! So far, I really love it. For my 7.5" wrist, the 42mm watch with 22mm strap is pure perfection. This is my first experience with the new 300 Trident Pro line, and I am very impressed. Nice and thin watch with a beautiful light catcher case. The bronze ring around the dial looks amazing. The hybrid black strap works very well with this watch. The brown ombre dial is terrific, as is the black ceramic bezel insert. The chronometer movement is the cherry on top. This is one of those watches where I would be hard pressed to come up with something I would change. Looking forward to watching it patina in our very Vietnam-ish Maryland summer weather since this is my first bronze watch. Here are some day one pictures.

It’s a gorgeous watch overall but so many tiny features to enjoy. My tiny feature of joy is the bronze inner bezel ring.
More pics as your weather weathers it’s looks?

Thanks for the comments and compliments folks. I plan on wearing it a lot and letting the natural patina process do its thing for a while. I've never had a bronze watch, so I'm sort of excited to watch it happen in real time.
Even if you aren't into bronze, these 300s are really nice dive watches. I'm really impressed with how thin it is and that they still managed to get 300 meters of water resistance out of it. The dial layout and lume are great too. And yeah, the inner ring and narrow bezel are the stars of the show. Good job Christopher Ward
