Fastest Finger on the Button
Last years sale started Wed 7th July, so it looks like it will start this week.
Keep refreshing the CW homepage, as often the email from CW comes out after the sales has started, and the best stuff has gone.
Make sure you are logged in and your payment details are pre-populated. Desirable models go very, very fast. The watch in your basket does not mean it is yours. It is only yours once your payment goes through.
And, good luck!
What do you hope to pick up in the sale?

All good advice!
I hope for a C60 Chronograph - the “BumbleBeast”.
This is an exciting time as a CW fan. To get a nice piece for yourself but also to see everyone else get something amazing and the absolute FRENZY of threads here and on Facebook with “incomings!”. I’m a firm believer that these sales attract new buyers to the brand and it helps keep even those of us with “a few” CW watches engaged. It’s just fun!

Of course it will start this week, it always does when I don't have frequent access to the CW website.

I'm hoping Kip will get the nod from CW towers and inform the forum ahead of time

Re: Fastest Finger on the Button
The only instant buy I can think of is a 20mm C9 bracelet for my Moonphase but more likely to see a Concept at 70% off after all these years.
If they're feeling extra generous I'd grab a 40+mm prototype as they are almost always stunning, even the "boring beige one" I skipped over in the last sale looks great in the real world pics.

Re: Fastest Finger on the Button
It doesn’t quite work like that. The “sales preview” is normally announced via email, and we are never sure exactly when that is going to be. There are other groups apart from the forum who need to be informed, CWE for example, and large numbers of individual customers who are subscribed to the emails.
However, once someone gets the notification it tends to be made public on the forum by some kind soul very quickly indeed, as it does on CWE and other platforms.
Of course, it has happened in the past that someone has found the sale page being built because they have left the door open.

The only subject Mike avoided in the "Make CW great" discussion. Hopefully because it's been quietly fixed?Amor Vincit Omnia wrote: ↑Sat Jul 02, 2022 6:38 pmOf course, it has happened in the past that someone has found the sale page being built because they have left the door open.

My card number is not (yet) stored, and it appears as if the CW system won't allow me to enter one when I click on My account > Payment > Add Payment.
Any advice?

Re: Fastest Finger on the Button
How about taking a different route to enter you Card Details?
That is, go to buy a strap, enter your card details and then abort prior to making the final 'Payment'.
This is just a thought; I haven't tested it.

Re: Fastest Finger on the Button
These were great suggestions -- THANK YOU Bahnstormer_vRS and Soporsche! I added a strap and a pod to my cart, went to check out, and discovered that CW accepts Apple Pay. So I will use that instead -- it's ridiculously fast.

I went to do that very thing then saw they now take Apple Pay. I’ll try my luck with that.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sun Jul 03, 2022 10:42 pmHow about taking a different route to enter you Card Details?

I'm sure I did this last time and I've got the pod here to prove it, but looking today I have no payment details stored

I think it’s important for all of you to remember this sale is in September, or at least it’s after I’ve had right of first refusal on what’s available

Re: Fastest Finger on the Button
Hi All,
Question, what is the typical timing of the day when the sales started?
UK time
I remember getting 24hour preview email this past January, however did not receive actual timing of the sales hence missed...
Thank you.
