My honest first thoughts were that I obviously have no concept of sizes because I was pretty nervous this would be too big on my wrist. It gives me hope for the Aquitaine when it arrives, since that one is a couple mm larger.

I think it feels fantastic. I haven’t sized the bracelet yet because I didn’t have time to bust out the pin pusher (the Monta that arrived today used screws and I couldn’t possibly live that any more than I do).

Reactions from friends and family have been pretty mixed! My wife and friend prefer the Monta, my dad and I prefer the Sealander (I think). I might just keep them both… a couple options for when travel starts back up.

Incredible fit and finish, love the quick release system. Wasn’t crazy about the dark leather strap I bought to go with it - it seemed a little measly compared to the watch. Might have to return that and see about a different option.
