What did I miss?

Seven pages later and I still have no idea :?

But then I don't generally get involved in the CW section as I only own one and don't feel that passionately about them. But wow, seven pages and plenty of slapped wrists

EDIT: Now eight pages :silent:

At the end of the day, this forum is owned by CW, so all the negativity of the company (caused by the rebranding or whatever) needs to stop.

@ Hicksmat...and your point of posting the warning and subsequent pm's here is?

Plus you forgot the last one and my response. If you wish to reveal private messages, please be complete about the entire exchange.

Can I just clarify after 8 pages I understand the point of the post.

Stop posting the same derisory comments in multiple threads and stop trashing cw as it is putting off new members to the forum and getting tiresome.

Is that the point or have I missed something? I suspect things have moved on from the original and spleens are being vented.

This is getting silly.
Either set explicit rules & enforce them or allow people to express themselves. Nobody is forced to read posts of people they don't like. At the moment it is coming close to "we don't want your sort around here!" territory.

And I still see the personal comments directed at me still haven't been removed yet you removed comments I made. What part of that isn't double standards?

This thread is possibly the single most damaging one on the forum.

Regardless of initial intent, this has turned into total farce, and is no way to portray the forum.

May I suggest that it is deleted and we all follow the simple behaviours.

If you like a post/thread, then get involved and respond, reply etc.

If you don't like a post/thread, then ignore it.

If you are offended by a post/thread, then report it to the mods and let them do their jobs.

Dirty laundry does not need to be aired in public, do it via PM.

Other than that, get stuck in, have fun and enjoy!

^^^ I agree. Delete this thread and lets get back to normal, but a little wiser.

Any crossing of the 'negativity' line can be dealt with by polite PM from the mods.

I agree with this apart from the offended bit unless it's personal.
