On the uplift in average sales values, do you have any idea whether it's a general uplift or that a greater number of more (relatively) higher priced watches are being sold?

The average price trends vary considerably by model. The more in demand models usually show a slow and steady increase in price, but that doesn't hold across the board.
I would attribute the majority of the increase to the higher value models being sold over the past few years.
