Re: The CW you wish you had...
I let this one go:
Every now and again though, the new owner posts a picture of it to the Facebook group, and a bunch of people go mad over it and I’ll think I was a silly sausage for letting it go.
On balance, I don’t regret it. I enjoyed the attention it received more than the watch itself.Every now and again though, the new owner posts a picture of it to the Facebook group, and a bunch of people go mad over it and I’ll think I was a silly sausage for letting it go.

For me, it has to be this one. I graduated from RAFC Cranwell in 1988, so this would have a special connection and bring back great memories, every time I wore it

I had the full intent on buying a C60 Apex but through a set of unfortunate events, I was unable.
There was a hint that they are considering an Apex Series 2 afterwards. Perhaps, if that series materialise then it may have more of the movement exposed. Fingers crossed.

This got me thinking about the C7 Apex. I never for a second considered buying it, but in an ideal setting (in other words, money-no-object, irrational spending), I would have jumped on it. I love the design.

I think for me the C1 Morgan Aero 8 Chronometer. I did once see one fleetingly in NN and was sorely tempted. One day....

^^The small second, power reserve configuration is my favourite. I have not seen a watch with those complications I didn't like.

A C9 Harrison with the Arabic numerals - white face with gold numbering. Dreamy. Can't wait for the day...
