Re: The Christopher Ward Forum...
and to make things even better, the number is 374 (3rd watch and birth year)!!!!!
Almost forgot to let you know the the W1 for my wife is also here - the photos on the site make no service to the quality, really.
She is absolutely happy, and I can tell you her expectations are always huge...
Alligator strap for the aviator is also great, though a little bit shiny..

Re: The Christopher Ward Forum... and some posters!
Hi all,
just like to say I have read a lot of excellant posts on this site and am grateful for all the reply's that I have recieved to my questions
On another note, a few individuals seem to be having a go at each other on here, my view is that, we are all different and have different views on watches/life ect so dont put new people off this site!
Rant over!

Re: The Christopher Ward Forum... and some posters!
Well said Neil! I know we all have our preferences. But let's not forget how what we say can sometimes be misinterpretted when written in a forum. Sometimes, it is hard to detect sarcasm. I recently made a friend/wo-worker mad because I sent him a joking/sarcastic email that he didn't "get". Even though I explained it, I think he is still mad at me.hantsman wrote:On another note, a few individuals seem to be having a go at each other on here, my view is that, we are all different and have different views on watches/life ect so dont put new people off this site!
So, let's all try to be considerate of each other's feelings. One of the things I think is the neatest about this forum in particular is how international it is. I mean, I have friends in the Netherlands because of this forum. I would have never thought that would be likely a couple years ago. I don't know why. The internet has certainly linked the world together, but this forum definitely has more of an international feel than any of the others I go to.
But, let's all try to keep it friendly, even when we disagree.

Re: The Christopher Ward Forum...
Well done Yoda! Glad this forum is revived - really appreciate my recent C3, my wife wears her Divine and will soon receive another, my son was well pleased with his C5 for his birthday the other day. (I bought it a while ago in readiness) Now I'm awaiting my Aviator. I think the CW watches are aesthetically superb, mechanically excellent, and extraordinary good value. And I like all you other people as well, long may we get on together...UB..

I would just like to announce that I'm very disappointed that CW have run out of stock of the watch that I was going to purchase this month. Wo, wo and thrice wo, where is my Malvern to come from.
